These terms govern the use of Premiummatten Ads Reporting, an internal tool operated by Handelswerk Limited („Premiummatten“) for the Google Ads accounts of its own online shops.

Who may use this application

The application is for internal use by authorised employees and contractors of Premiummatten only. It is not a public product, it is not offered as a service to third parties, and there is no sign-up, purchase or subscription. No account can be created by anyone outside our organisation.

Permitted use

The application may be used solely to retrieve reporting data from, and to create and update campaign configuration in, Google Ads accounts owned by Premiummatten. Any use against an account we do not own is not permitted. Changes to budgets and bids require confirmation by the account owner.

Google Ads API

The application accesses the Google Ads API under our own Google Cloud project. Its use of Google APIs complies with the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google Ads API policies. Handling of data received through Google APIs is described in our privacy policy.

Availability and changes

The application is provided for internal purposes without any warranty of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change or discontinue it at any time. These terms may be updated; the date above shows the current version.

Governing law and contact
